Job Description:

Markel is seeking a talented and passionate Remote Digital Marketing Associate to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As an Entry Level position, this role is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in digital marketing who are looking to further develop their skills in a remote setting. The ideal candidate will be independent, driven, and adaptable, with a strong passion for digital marketing.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in creating and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. 2. Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to build a strong online community. 3. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute online marketing campaigns. 4. Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities in the digital marketing landscape. 5. Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts and provide reports to management. 6. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in digital marketing. 3. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Persuasive and adaptable with the ability to engage with diverse audiences. 6. A proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
