Nordstrom, a leading fashion retailer, is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Associate to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of our digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and increase brand awareness.

Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute digital marketing campaigns - Monitor and analyze website traffic and online customer engagement metrics - Assist in creating content for social media platforms, email marketing, and online advertisements - Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to make recommendations for improvement - Maintain and update the company's website and online content - Assist in managing the company's social media accounts and engaging with followers - Help plan and execute digital marketing events and promotions - Work closely with vendors, agencies, and other partners to coordinate digital marketing efforts

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 1 year of experience in digital marketing or a related field - Energetic and dedicated personality traits - Strong time management and decision-making skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics and social media platforms - Excellent communication and writing skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience with SEO, SEM, and email marketing is a plus
