Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Liberty Mutual Insurance Group in Hamilton, Waikato, New Zealand. This position is part-time and at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing.

Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including social media, email, and websites - Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize results - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure digital marketing strategies align with overall business objectives - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to continually improve campaign effectiveness - Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns, including budget management and performance tracking - Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries on digital channels in a timely and professional manner - Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the digital marketing landscape

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies - Proficient in Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, and social media advertising - Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail - Energetic and reliable personality traits with the ability to adapt to changing priorities - Research skills to gather and analyze data to inform decision-making - Equal opportunity employer
