Digital Marketing Manager - Work from home

Valero Energy is currently seeking a passionate and reliable Digital Marketing Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Nelson, Nelson, NZ. As an Associate Level position, we require a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in digital marketing.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation. 2. Manage day-to-day activities of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including social media, email, and PPC. 3. Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize results. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing goals and strategy. 5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve digital marketing efforts. 6. Lead and mentor junior members of the marketing team to foster professional growth.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on lead generation and brand awareness. 3. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing best practices. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.
