We are looking for a motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at PBF Energy. This is a part-time position that offers the flexibility of working from home. As an Associate Level Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Develop digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website. - Manage and update company website content to optimize user experience and SEO. - Create and manage social media marketing campaigns across various platforms. - Analyze data and performance metrics to track the success of digital marketing efforts. - Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for digital channels. - Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies. - Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries on social media platforms. - Collaborate with external partners and agencies to execute digital marketing campaigns.

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing. - Proven track record of successfully managing digital marketing campaigns. - Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Adaptable and dedicated personality traits. - Attention to detail and negotiation skills as soft skills. - Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus.
