Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our team at Guardian Life Insurance Co. of America in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. As a Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to the marketing team in various tasks to promote our insurance products and services.

Responsibilities: - Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital content - Coordinate marketing campaigns and events - Manage social media accounts and engage with customers online - Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities - Support the sales team with any marketing collateral they may need - Assist in coordinating advertising efforts across different media channels - Provide administrative support to the marketing department as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 2 years of experience in a marketing role - Resilient and hardworking with a positive attitude - Strong time management skills - Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and social media platforms - Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment
