Marketing Assistant

The Marketing Assistant at Interpublic Group is a vital support role within our dynamic marketing team in Auckland, NZ. This part-time position at an Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of marketing experience to be successful in executing various tasks. We are looking for a resourceful and resilient individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns. 2. Coordinate marketing projects and events, ensuring deadlines are met. 3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities. 4. Support the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and digital content. 5. Assist in managing social media platforms and engaging with followers. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts. 7. Support the Marketing Manager in executing day-to-day tasks and special projects. 8. Maintain organized records and reports for marketing activities.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field. 2. Proven experience in marketing, with a minimum of 3 years. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong negotiation abilities and analytical skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms. 6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
