Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

PulteGroup is seeking a part-time Marketing Assistant to join our team in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the Marketing Assistant will be responsible for supporting the marketing team in various tasks to help drive our brand awareness and sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in marketing or a related field and possess the following personality traits: resilience and hardworking. In addition, the candidate should possess strong soft skills, such as teamwork and time management.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns - Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities - Coordinate and prepare marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and digital content - Support the social media and digital marketing efforts, including content creation and scheduling - Assist in organizing and coordinating events, trade shows, and other promotional activities - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing objectives are met - Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives and campaigns

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 3+ years of experience in marketing or a related field - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software tools - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Knowledge of digital marketing techniques and best practices
