Marketing Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Exelon is seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team remotely from Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals with little to no experience in marketing but who possess a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Assist in developing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote Exelon products and services - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Create and manage social media content to engage with customers and increase brand awareness - Assist in organizing and attending promotional events and trade shows - Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement - Provide administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, taking notes, and maintaining marketing materials - Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Requirements: - Independent and reliable with the ability to work autonomously in a remote setting - Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent people management skills to work collaboratively with a diverse team - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Must be based in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ and have access to a reliable internet connection - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required
