Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Remote Marketing Associate to join our team at Navient in Nelson, New Zealand. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in marketing. The individual should be resilient and dedicated, with strong problem-solving and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Navient's products and services. 2. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends. 3. Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing collateral and promotional materials. 5. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proficiency in marketing tools and software. 5. Ability to work independently and remotely. 6. Resilient and dedicated attitude towards achieving marketing goals.
