Marketing Associate

Job Description:

As a Marketing Associate at Cigna in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing team in executing campaigns and initiatives to drive brand awareness and lead generation. This is a part-time role at the Associate level, requiring at least 4 years of experience in marketing or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to reach target audiences. 2. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. 3. Support the creation of marketing materials, including content for social media, email campaigns, and website updates. 4. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure the successful execution of marketing projects. 5. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools. 6. Assist in managing the marketing budget and tracking expenses. 7. Provide support for events and promotional activities as needed. 8. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business objectives. 9. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends to continuously improve marketing strategies.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with marketing tools such as CRM software and Google Analytics. 6. Adaptable and reliable, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. 7. Experience in people management or team leadership is a plus.
