Marketing Associate

Job Description:

As a Marketing Associate at USAA in Wellington, NZ, you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing team in developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to drive business growth. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 4 years of marketing experience.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure marketing activities align with overall business objectives - Support the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and promotional activities - Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to optimize results - Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - Strong passion for marketing and a drive to succeed - Excellent research skills and ability to analyze data effectively - Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software - Experience with social media marketing and digital advertising is a plus
