Marketing Associate

Job Description:

Dow Chemical is seeking a talented Marketing Associate to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Marketing Manager in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Assist in developing marketing plans and strategies - Coordinate marketing campaigns and initiatives - Conduct market research and analyze trends - Manage social media accounts and online presence - Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing materials - Assist in organizing and attending promotional events - Track and report on marketing performance metrics - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices - Other duties as assigned

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field - 4+ years of experience in marketing - Resourceful and passionate individual with excellent communication skills - Strong project management and cooperation skills - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing software - Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques - Understanding of market research and data analysis - Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
