Marketing Associate - Work from home

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a talented Marketing Associate to join our team in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ on a part-time basis. As a Marketing Associate, you will have the opportunity to work from home and collaborate with a dynamic marketing team to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. This role is ideal for a candidate with at least 2 years of experience in marketing and a passion for delivering innovative marketing strategies.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote Quest Diagnostics' products and services - Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand customer needs - Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content for social media, email marketing, and other channels - Analyze campaign performance metrics to track ROI and identify areas for improvement - Assist in organizing and attending marketing events, tradeshows, and conferences - Provide support for sales team with marketing materials and customer presentations - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - 2+ years of experience in marketing or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Independent and reliable with the ability to work effectively from a remote location - Team player with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams - Strong presentation skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively - Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing software - Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and platforms - Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus
