Online Digital Marketing Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and driven Online Digital Marketing Associate to join our team at Waste Management in Auckland, New Zealand. As a part-time entry-level position, the successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in digital marketing and a strong understanding of online marketing strategies.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to drive online traffic and increase brand awareness - Utilize SEO techniques to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic - Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to increase follower engagement - Analyze website traffic and user engagement to optimize performance - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure the company's online presence remains competitive - Implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and increase conversions

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - 1+ years of experience in digital marketing - Strong understanding of online marketing strategies and techniques - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment - Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media platforms - Knowledge of email marketing best practices - Highly organized and detail-oriented
