Online Digital Marketing Associate

Job Description:

Coca-Cola European Partners is seeking a part-time Online Digital Marketing Associate to join our team in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in digital marketing.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement online marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and increase brand awareness - Create and manage digital content across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, and company website - Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of digital marketing initiatives with overall company goals - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to continuously improve strategies - Assist in the development of digital advertising campaigns and promotions - Support the digital marketing manager in day-to-day tasks and projects

Requirements: - Reliable and resourceful individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent research skills and emotional intelligence - Experience in digital marketing, including social media management, content creation, and campaign optimization - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred - Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media management tools - Strong communication and collaboration skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
