Online Digital Marketing Associate

Job Description: Les Mills International, a global leader in fitness and wellness, is seeking a part-time Online Digital Marketing Associate to join our team at our Nelson, NZ location. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing.

Responsibilities: - Manage and implement online marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversion - Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize results - Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for online platforms - Utilize social media platforms to engage with customers and increase brand awareness - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies - Track and report on key performance metrics to evaluate the success of campaigns

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - 3+ years of experience in digital marketing - Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Reliable and energetic personality traits - Strong people management and research skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
