Online Digital Marketing Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for an Online Digital Marketing Associate to join our team at Allstate in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As an Associate level role, you will have at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, confident, have strong critical thinking skills, and be a creative thinker.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute online marketing strategies to drive traffic and engagement on our digital platforms - Create and manage digital campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, and display advertising - Analyze digital data to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistency in branding and messaging - Assist in managing the company's online presence and reputation

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - 3+ years of experience in digital marketing - Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms - Excellent communication skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
