Online Digital Marketing Associate

Frontier Communications is seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Online Digital Marketing Associate to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing and be passionate about driving results through online channels.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition - Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to build brand loyalty - Create and optimize online advertising campaigns across various platforms - Analyze digital marketing performance metrics and provide insights for improvement - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement integrated marketing campaigns - Assist with content creation for website, email marketing, and other digital channels - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online marketing

Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 4+ years of experience in digital marketing - Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, and social media advertising platforms - Strong research and analytical skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Driven and passionate about achieving results - Ability to effectively present ideas and strategies to stakeholders
