Online Digital Marketing Manager

Group 1 Automotive is seeking a talented Online Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing.

As the Online Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing online marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will manage all digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEM, SEO, and display advertising. You will also analyze campaign performance, optimize campaign strategies, and report on key metrics to senior management.

The ideal candidate for this role will be resourceful and adaptable, with strong soft skills in persuasion and leadership. You must have a proven track record of driving results in online marketing and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute online marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and engagement - Manage all digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEM, SEO, and display advertising - Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies to maximize ROI - Report on key metrics to senior management - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing goals are aligned with business objectives

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
