Online Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Online Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Genesis Healthcare in Auckland, NZ. As the Online Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our online marketing strategies to drive traffic and engagement to our website and social media platforms.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement - Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns to increase ROI - Analyze website traffic and user engagement data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for digital channels - Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track the success of digital marketing efforts - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing - Work with external agencies and vendors as needed to execute digital marketing initiatives

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 1+ years of experience in digital marketing - Strong analytical and planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms - Experience with website analytics and SEO best practices - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Analytics
