Online Marketing Associate

Gentrack Group is seeking a dynamic and motivated Online Marketing Associate to join our team in Wellington, NZ. As an Associate Level role, the Online Marketing Associate will be responsible for supporting the online marketing efforts of the company and helping to drive brand awareness and customer engagement through various digital channels.

Responsibilities: - Assist in creating and implementing online marketing campaigns to promote products and services - Monitor and analyze the performance of online marketing efforts, including website traffic, email campaigns, and social media engagement - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative content for online channels - Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to build brand loyalty - Assist in the planning and execution of online advertising campaigns - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online marketing - Support the development and maintenance of the company's website content - Provide support for online events and promotions

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in online marketing or a related field - Confident and resilient personality traits - Strong persuasion and planning skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
