Communications Specialist

Job Description:

Fluor is currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Communications Specialist to join our team in Auckland, NZ. This part-time position is ideal for entry-level candidates who are hardworking and energetic with a passion for effective communication.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement communication strategies to enhance internal and external communication efforts. 2. Create engaging content for various communication channels including newsletters, social media, and website. 3. Conduct research to identify communication trends and best practices. 4. Collaborate with different departments to ensure consistency in messaging and branding. 5. Assist in organizing events and campaigns to promote the company's initiatives. 6. Provide support in crisis communication and reputation management efforts. 7. Monitor and report on communication metrics to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies.

Requirements: 1. A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. 2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 3. Strong planning and organizational abilities. 4. Ability to conduct research and analyze data effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Prior internship or relevant experience is a plus.
