Job Description:
International Paper is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Communications Specialist, working remotely from Auckland, NZ. This part-time entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity to build your career in communications while working in a flexible and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement communications strategies to enhance the company's brand and reputation - Create engaging content for various communication channels, including social media, newsletters, and press releases - Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication efforts and make recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and branding - Manage relationships with media contacts and assist with media inquiries - Assist with internal communication initiatives, including employee newsletters and announcements - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in communications
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or related field - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with social media platforms - Independent and resilient personality traits - Creative thinking and people management skills - Ability to work effectively in a remote, virtual environment - No prior experience required
