Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Remote Content Writer to join our team at Fletcher Building. As a part-time entry-level position, this role offers the opportunity for individuals with a passion for writing to kickstart their career in the content creation industry. This position is remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ.

Responsibilities: 1. Research and create engaging and informative content for various platforms including websites, blogs, social media, and marketing materials. 2. Collaborate with the content team to develop content strategies and concepts that align with the company's goals and target audience. 3. Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in style and tone. 4. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant and SEO-friendly keywords to optimize content for search engines. 5. Meet deadlines and work efficiently to produce high-quality content that meets the company's standards. 6. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to gather feedback and input on content projects.

Requirements: 1. Strong writing skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar. 2. Ability to adapt to different writing styles and tones to suit various content needs. 3. Resourceful and able to conduct thorough research on a wide range of topics. 4. Excellent cooperation and communication skills to work effectively in a remote team environment. 5. Previous experience in content writing is not required but a plus. 6. Must be willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
