Online Communications Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Online Communications Specialist to join our team at VF in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement online communication strategies to engage with our target audience - Manage social media platforms and respond to inquiries in a timely manner - Create and curate content for our website, blog, and other online channels - Monitor and analyze online metrics to measure the effectiveness of communication efforts - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online communications

Requirements: - Energetic personality with the confidence to effectively engage with diverse audiences - Strong critical thinking skills to analyze data and make informed decisions - High emotional intelligence to understand and respond to the needs of our audience - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in social media management tools and content creation platforms - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
