Online Social Media Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Online Social Media Manager to join our team at A2 Milk Company. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in social media management and online marketing.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement with our target audience - Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn - Monitor social media analytics to track the performance of campaigns and make data-driven decisions for optimization - Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall brand objectives - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing to ensure A2 Milk Company remains competitive in the digital landscape

Requirements: - Strong understanding of social media platforms and tools - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Hardworking and driven personality traits - Emotional intelligence and leadership skills - Knowledge of SEO and online advertising is a plus
