Social Media Manager

Job Description:

Salesforce.com is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Social Media Manager to join our team in Auckland, NZ. As an Entry Level Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence across various platforms. This position is part-time and requires at least 1 year of experience in social media management.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement - Create and schedule content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn - Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media in a timely manner - Analyze and report on social media metrics to track performance and make data-driven decisions - Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals - Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices to continuously improve our strategy - Collaborate with other departments to create social media campaigns that support business objectives

Requirements: - Passionate about social media and digital marketing - Resourceful in finding creative solutions to challenges - Excellent presentation skills - Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment - 1+ years of experience in social media management - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
