Job Description:
Air Products & Chemicals is seeking a motivated and creative Remote Social Media Manager to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for someone with at least 1 year of experience in social media management. As a Remote Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing our company's social media accounts, creating engaging content, and driving brand awareness.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Create and schedule content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn - Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media in a timely manner - Track and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize strategies - Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred - 1+ years of experience in social media management - Driven and independent personality traits - Strong innovation and critical thinking skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms - Ability to work independently and remotely - Experience in graphic design and video editing is a plus
