Social Media Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and resilient Social Media Manager to join our team at Sears Holdings in Nelson, Nelson, NZ. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and implementing the company's social media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, engage with customers, and drive sales.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media campaigns and strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives - Create engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn - Monitor and respond to customer comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner - Analyze social media data and make recommendations for improvements - Collaborate with other departments to ensure the company's social media presence is cohesive and consistent - Stay up-to-date on social media trends, tools, and best practices - Manage social media advertising budgets and campaigns - Track and report on key performance indicators related to social media engagement and ROI

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in social media management or a related field - Strong emotional intelligence and excellent time management skills - Resilient and dedicated work ethic - Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
