Remote Social Media Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Remote Social Media Manager to join our team at Waste Management in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 4 years of social media management experience. The ideal candidate will be resilient, passionate, and possess strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Create, curate, and manage all published content - Monitor and analyze social media channels to optimize engagement and drive results - Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute social media campaigns - Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 4+ years of experience in social media management - Proven track record of increasing engagement and driving results through social media - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong negotiation skills - Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms
