Job Description - Social Media Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Social Media Manager to join our team at Citizens Financial Group. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, New Zealand.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms - Manage all social media channels and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner - Analyze social media data and provide insights to improve performance - Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms - Lead and mentor junior team members in social media best practices


Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management - Strong research and leadership skills - Excellent communication and writing skills - Proven track record of growing social media presence and engagement - Familiarity with social media analytics tools - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
