Job Description - Social Media Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Whole Foods Market is seeking a part-time Social Media Manager to join our team, working remotely from Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in social media management.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. 2. Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. 3. Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all social media channels. 5. Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices to continuously improve our online presence. 6. Manage social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions. 7. Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media in a timely and professional manner. 8. Work with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand our reach and create partnerships.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in social media management, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns. 3. Proficiency in social media analytics tools and platforms. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5. Strong organizational and time management skills. 6. Resilient and energetic personality traits. 7. Strategic planning and creative problem-solving skills. 8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
