Social Media Manager - Remote Work

Serko Ltd is seeking a part-time Social Media Manager to join our team remotely in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a remote work setting.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms - Monitor social media metrics and analytics to track performance and make data-driven decisions - Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing - Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals - Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets - Conduct research on competitors and industry trends to inform social media strategy

Requirements: - Resourceful and confident individual with a strong understanding of social media platforms and trends - Excellent research and critical thinking skills to identify opportunities for growth and engagement - Experience working with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and remotely, while also being a team player - Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
