Social Media Manager - Remote Work

Allstate, a leading insurance company based in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ, is seeking a part-time Social Media Manager to join our team remotely. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management. The ideal candidate will be resourceful and adaptable, with strong presentation and project management skills.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms - Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to identify trends and insights - Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency and alignment with marketing goals - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing - Manage social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management - Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing social media strategies - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in social media analytics tools - Excellent time management and organizational skills
