Job Description:


AK Steel Holding is seeking a talented and motivated Social Media Manager to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As an Entry Level Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing and executing the company's social media strategy, creating engaging content for various platforms, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize our online presence.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn - Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and respond to inquiries in a timely manner - Analyze social media metrics and prepare monthly reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement - Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices to ensure our online presence remains relevant and engaging - Collaborate with other team members to integrate social media into our overall marketing strategy - Help develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and image across all social media platforms


Requirements: - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to think critically and adapt to changing priorities - Driven and dedicated to achieving goals and exceeding expectations - Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms - Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies - Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
