About the Role
We're looking for an organised and proactive Accounts & Logistics Administrator to join our Christchurch team in a part-time role (25–30 hours per week).
This is far more than a traditional accounts administration role. You'll work across finance, international logistics, customer support and office administration, becoming a key member of a small team where everyone pitches in.
One day you might be reconciling accounts, the next coordinating an international shipment, assisting customers, supporting production administration or welcoming visitors to site. If you enjoy variety and like seeing how your work contributes to the wider business, you'll thrive in this role.
The days and hours of work will be agreed with the successful applicant and our current Accounts & Logistics Administrator.
What You'll Be Doing
Finance
Accounts payable and accounts receivable
Daily banking and reconciliations
Month-end support
Logistics & Operations
Coordinate import and export shipments

About You
You'll enjoy working in a role where every day is different. You're someone who naturally keeps things organised, enjoys working with people and isn't afraid to jump between finance tasks, logistics coordination and general administration.
Ideally you'll bring:
Administration or finance experience, particularly Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
Experience using Microsoft Excel and other business systems
Excellent communication
Strong organisational skills
The ability to prioritise competing tasks and meet deadlines
A positive, collaborative approach and willingness to support others
Confidence building relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues
Experience with international shipping, imports and exports, or customs documentation would be advantageous, but is not essential.
