Administrator - Facilities and HR - FIXED TERM PARENTAL LEAVE COVER

FIXED TERM CONTRACT – EIGHT MONTHS PARENTAL LEAVE COVERAGE

PART TIME ROLE – MONDAY TO FRIDAY – 20 HOURS PER WEEK (FLEXIBLE)

Eco Maintenance is a New Zealand owned Facilities Management company providing Greenscape, Streetscape and facility maintenance services to our clients. 

About the role

You will be part of a team maintaining our clients’ green spaces and/or street environments. 

Tasks will be varied and will include:

Facilities Administration

• Monitor and follow up on job completion
• Client liaison
• Reporting
• Maintaining systems

Fleet Management

• Monitor and schedule WOF, services, repairs and COF
• Monitor, review and manage vehicle inspection checklists
• Maintain fire extinguishers and first aid kits
• Prepare insurance claims

HR Admin support

• Book Drug and Alcohol tests
• Order, issue and maintain records of uniforms, PPE etc
• Book inductions and training, maintain records including certifications 

General office administration

• Maintain and order office supplies, mail, couriers etc
• Hours of work will be four hours per day (timings flexible) Monday to Friday with additional hours as required. 

About you

The successful person will have:

• Minimum of five year’s experience in a sole charge admin role, ideally within Facilities Management 
• Good working knowledge of MS Office (word, excel, outlook) plus job allocation tools, Telogis and RAMM highly beneficial, 
• Highly organised with good communication skills, 
• Able to get on with others and relate to a broad range of people.
