Assistant Club Manager- Snap Fitness Canterbury - Room For Advancement - Part-Time

Snap Fitness Christchurch Region is seeking a motivated Assistant Club Manager for 10+ hours per week. Shifts may vary from Monday to Friday 10am-7pm.

The Role:
Snap Fitness are looking for a well organized and motivated individual that can not only hit sales KPI’s but also exceed set targets. In the Assistant Club Manager role, no two days are the same you will need to be someone who thrives from a busy environment and has the ability to work autonomously whilst effectively managing your time. The Assistant Club Manager will report directly to the Club Manager and will be responsible for the daily operations of the business. 

Key daily tasks Include: 
• Selling memberships
• Inbound and outbound call drives to both members and people inquiring about us.
• In club marketing management– this includes social media, lead generation, local events 
• Daily management tasks – calls, emails, member queries
• Lead generation – generate 40% of clubs leads at a local level 
• Member retention – ability to show value and overcome cancellations 
• Organisation and time management skills – ability to collate multiple maintenance quotes in timely manner 
• Strong communicator – confident to set up partnerships with local businesses 
• People person – ability build rapport with people from all walks of life and engage with members 
• Collections – follow up arrears on memberships and processing overdue payments 
 

This role can also be suited to someone who is looking to get into Personal training with Reduced rent.

Skills/Qualifications required: 
• First Aid Certificate with CPR
• Previous sales experience is advantageous 
• Previous fitness industry experience is advantageous 
• Motivated – commission driven
