BaySwim Customer Experience Representative
The BaySwim Customer Experience Representative is the friendly face and welcoming voice of our Learn to Swim programme. As the first point of contact for our BaySwim families, this role plays a vital part in shaping positive, confident experiences from the very first interaction.
You’ll manage customer enquiries, enrolments, and concerns with care, professionalism, and a strong solutions‑focused mindset. Just as importantly, you’ll help grow BaySwim by building genuine relationships with families, encouraging enrolments, and supporting ongoing programme engagement.
This is a part‑time role of approximately 15 hours per week. Applicants must be open to working at least one weekend shift. Days and times will be discussed with the successful applicant, and we’re keen to be flexible — we’ll work around your existing schedule where possible, particularly if you already hold another role. Our goal is to find hours that fit well alongside your current commitments.
