Job Description - Branch Administrator - Dynamic Team - Part-Time

We are seeking an influential Branch Administrator to join our all-star team at Foleys in Balclutha, Otago.

School hours available! Mon- Fri 9am-2:30pm with some extra hours here and there when required.

As well as all the usual general office duties this part-time role requires you to:

  • Answer customer phone enquiries, create jobs and order numbers
  • Complete invoicing and debt collection

You will be hardworking, a great team player, and quietly confident enough to turn your hand to whatever is required on the day. You will be supported by your Dunedin Head Office colleagues. We are a tradie company, so you do need to be okay with some down-to-earth banter and straight-talkers!
