Job Description - Business Analyst

What You Can Expect:

Working with various stakeholders both internal and external
Setup KPI working and Power BI reporting metric for all key customers
Streamline IT requirements for customers

What You Bring:

Ability to interpret datasets and identify trends.
Understanding of KPIs and business metrics. Strong commercial knowledge
Turning raw data into clear narratives that support decision‑making.
Highly self-motivated & able to work independently.
Ability to translate technical information into business language (and vice versa).
Documentation skills (process documentation, workflow diagrams).
Possess a positive, customer-oriented mind set.
