This Newmarket based, job-share (5 hrs per day), administration/reception position is a fantastic opportunity to achieve a balance of interesting work and time to pursue other activities.
Hours of work:
5 hours per day Mon-Fri (either 12.30 pm - 5.30 pm, or 8.00 am - 1.00 pm)
About you
You will be a customer focused, IT-savvy individual who is highly organised and gains satisfaction from getting through a busy to-do list and, dealing with a wide range of clients, visitors and team members.
You'll bring:
In addition, prior experience within a professional services environment such as CA, Legal or a Consulting environment and knowledge will give you a competitive advantage.
About the work
There are a wide variety of administration duties including maintenance of client files, adding job codes, billing processes, expense claims and assisting with monthly reports.
The work entails reception and customer service activities as well as assisting with the smooth running of the office. This will include ordering supplies, arranging catering, travel, etc. and pre and post event assistance and ensuring enquiries and correspondence gets to the right people quickly and efficiently.
