At HBH, we believe in creating communities where older people feel valued, connected, and able to live fully. We are looking for a compassionate and energetic
Care Partner to join our Day Club team.

This is a rewarding, people-focused role where no two days are the same. You’ll support older adults to stay active, socially connected, and engaged in meaningful activities—while also providing respectful personal care when needed.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting participants to enjoy activities, social connection, and a sense of belonging


• Assisting with minor personal care 


• Helping create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment


• Working alongside a supportive team

Hours

• Monday to Friday: 10:00am – 3:00pm


• Saturday: 8:00am – 3:00pm

About you

• Naturally warm, patient, and people-focused


• Enjoy building relationships and making others feel at ease


• Reliable, practical, and a team player


• Experience in aged care or community settings is helpful, but not essential
