About the Role:
We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Catering Assistant to join our kitchen team. This role also offers the opportunity to be trained as a Cook, making it ideal for someone looking to grow their skills in the food services industry.

Working Hours:

• Monday: 9:30am – 1:30pm


• Friday: 9:30am – 1:30pm and 4:30pm – 8:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with food preparation and meal service


• Ensuring kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained


• Supporting the cook with daily kitchen operations


• Learning cooking skills with a view to providing cover when required

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn


• Reliability and good time management


• Ability to work well in a team


• Previous kitchen or catering experience is an advantage but not essential


• A genuine interest in working within aged care
