Cleaner and Housekeeper (Part-time)

Mō te tūranga | About the Role

Our Housekeepers contribute to the quality of life of our residents by maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene across our community, and ensuring a comfortable environment for our residents.

You will be responsible for cleaning all areas within our community - including resident rooms and the interior of our facilities. You will liaise with other team members to identify areas that require special cleaning and collaborate with your supervisor in maintaining supplies and equipment.

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience 
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• The ability to work cohesively with colleagues as part of a team, and be highly responsible and reliable
• The ability to focus on our resident needs and remain calm and courteous
• A good level of physical fitness

This is a part-time role with a rotating fortnightly roster covering the following shifts:

Week One:

Monday 8:30am-2:30pm, Friday 8:30am-2:30pm

Week Two:

Monday 8:30am-2:30pm, Friday 8:30am-2:30pm, Saturday 8:30am-2:30pm, Sunday 8:30am-2:30pm
