Clubfit Receptionist

We are looking for the next part time Clubfit Receptionist, that loves customer service and wants to be a part of an awesome team who are helping our wider community achieve great things.

This is a part time role working 34 hours per fortnight:

• Thursday 1.30pm -8.30pm 

• Friday 1.30pm -8.30pm 

• Alternate Saturday shifts 8.00am-4.30pm  

About the Role: 

• As the face of Clubfit, you will be responsible for providing clear and accurate information.  

• You will be a great communicator and be committed to providing an unparalleled level of customer service alongside excellent administration skills and support. 

• Participation in the development of upcoming promotions for membership growth and retention, cashing up, stock control, and processing of new memberships will all be part of your daily responsibilities. 

• You will add to the Clubfit team culture by bringing your best self and to contribute to the overall energy and positive vibe. 
  
  

About You: 

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Customer Service. 

• Have proven ability to communicate with, and relate to a broad range of people from a variety of ages, cultures and backgrounds. 

• Have relevant administration experience, including POS and cash handling and a great eye for detail. 

• Be competent in the MS Office suite of products to an Intermediate level. 

• Be level headed and methodical when dealing with stressful or emergency situations.
