The Role Reporting to the Managing Director you will lead the company’s back and middle office operations including related compliance, marketing and communications functions as well as coordinate strategy and business planning activities in conjunction with the Partners and Board. In addition, you will lead the people, culture and engagement activities within the firm ensuring it remains an employer of choice.
Your Skills and Experience To succeed in this role, you will have strong commercial acumen, the ability to deliver both operationally and strategically while clearly linking core company’s values to business operations in the delivery of exceptional client experience.
You will be an experienced leader, have an appreciation of the professional services environment, be able to develop the people and culture function and successfully leverage marketing and communication opportunities. You will be a highly professional future thinker who can balance blue sky thinking alongside the development of robust systems and procedures to assist with the continued growth of the firm.
