As the official importer for six iconic Volkswagen Group brands-Audi, Porsche, Cupra, Skoda, Volkswagen, and Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles-EMD stands at the forefront of automotive excellence.

They are on the lookout for a dynamic Customer Data Administrator to join their innovative Business Systems team for a 12-month fixed-term contract on a part time basis - 20 hours per week.

In this role, you will be central to revolutionising their customer data systems, ensuring top-notch data quality and seamless integration to provide an unparalleled customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver customer survey data on schedule
• Update customer data in the CRM system
• Review and improve customer data quality regularly
• Set up and update user profiles for Incadea, CRM, and EMD web portal
• Manage lead integration and distribution via CRM
• Use data quality reports to update customer records
• Provide customer insights to business units and dealers
• Ensure customer data privacy and quality
• Conduct regular CRM data integrity checks

About You

• Customer-centric attitude with excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or equivalent
• Data management experience with attention to detail
• Comfortable providing user support and driven to high performance
