Customer Experience Representative - part time opportunities

Bay Venues - haven’t heard of us? Not to worry; I bet you have heard of some of the venues we own or operate – the iconic Mount Hot Pools, Baywave, or Mercury Baypark to name a few. About the Role:

We are looking for two new Customer Experience (CX) Reps to join our friendly, vibrant teams at the Mount Hot Pools, Baywave, and Greerton Aquatic & Leisure Centres.

As a CX Rep, you’ll be the welcoming face of our venues connecting with our customers and helping create memorable experiences. You’ll be part of a supportive team that values collaboration, wellbeing, and professional growth.

These are part time roles working a range of shifts. We have one role working Fridays and a weekend day at Hot Pools and Baywave, and a second role working Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays at Baywave and Greerton.

These two roles are perfect for someone who thrives in a fast paced, people focused environment and enjoys being part of a team that makes a difference in the community.

About You:

We are looking for someone who is friendly, approachable and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. You’ll bring reliability and enthusiasm to your shifts, communicate clearly, and respond to enquiries with empathy and professionalism. You’ll be comfortable doing basic administrative tasks, handling cash, and working as part of a supportive, community focused team.
